I like to make up words when I’m tired.
After surviving work yet again (and the 1.25 hour drive each way, yeah I really can’t wait for that to be shortened), I headed back home and went with my dad to the gym. I am in fact doing Tina’s Best Body Bootcamp again (my third time!). I love it because I like to be told what to do for exercise – thanks competitive sports – and I really do feel like I work harder during workouts that I haven’t made up….since I have less incentive to cut them short.
Anyways, I thought y’all might be interested in my cardio workout, so here’s a little graphic for you:
I’ve kind of hinted at this in the past, but I’m NOT a fast runner by any means – so feel free to make the intervals slower or faster if you decide to try it. The time really flew by for me for once, probably because I got to watch Inglorious Basterds!
I love me some Christoph Waltz (Brad Pitt is awesome too).
I felt like a bottomless pit today for food (maybe from the sprints I ran yesterday?). I ate a banana with peanut butter, a giant salad (my FAVE thing for lunch right now), a pear, and more peanut butter while at work, and I was still hungry when I got home a few hours later!
The above salad was from two days ago – I think today’s didn’t hold me over for very long because of a lack of protein!
Don’t worry though, I made up for it with a Chipotle burrito bowl with my dad after the gym (he had never been, can you believe it???). Barbacoa, get in me.

ONLY ONE MORE DAY OF WORK TILL MY DAY OFF!
What did you have for dinner?
See above.
What are your favorite salad toppings?
I love tomatoes, cranberries, corn, and LOTS of salsa. Also turkey, feta, and cranberries.

I SO have bottomless pit days too! I have a feeling today or tomorrow will be one since I had little appetite the past couple of days while dealing with my eye. Our bodies know when they need fuel.
